1. General provisions
These terms and conditions of sale apply to the Ratbite OÜ online store (www.ratbite.ee) when purchasing goods.

By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms of sale.
2. Products and prices
All prices in the online store are in euros (€).
Ratbite OÜ reserves the right to change prices and product selection without prior notice.
If the price changes after the order is placed, the price in effect at the time the order is placed will apply to the buyer.
3. Order processing
The order is considered confirmed after successful receipt of payment.
After placing an order, the buyer will receive an order confirmation via email.
If the ordered product cannot be delivered, the buyer will be contacted and the amount paid will be refunded.
4. Payment
Payment is made securely through the Montonio payment solution.
Possible payment methods depend on the services offered by Montonio.
Ratbite OÜ does not process or store customers' bank card data.
5. Delivery
Orders will be shipped after payment is received.
Delivery time depends on the selected delivery method and may vary.
In case of possible delays, we will inform the buyer as soon as possible.
6. Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from goods purchased from the online store within 14 days from receipt of the goods in accordance with the Law of Obligations Act.
The returned goods must be:
- unused;
- in original packaging (if possible);
- in saleable condition.
The buyer bears the return costs, unless the reason for the return is Ratbite OÜ's error.
The money will be refunded no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned goods.
7. Filing claims
Ratbite OÜ is liable for non-compliance of the goods with the terms of the contract in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

8. Responsibility
Ratbite OÜ is not liable for damages incurred due to improper use of the goods by the buyer.
Product images in the online store are illustrative and may differ slightly from the actual product.
9. Processing of personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy of Ratbite OÜ.
The data is used only for order fulfillment and customer service.
10. Dispute Resolution
Disputes are attempted to be resolved through negotiations.
If no agreement is reached, the consumer has the right to contact:
- To the Consumer Protection and Technical Surveillance Authority;
- To the Consumer Disputes Commission;
- Towards a European Union online dispute resolution platform.
